THANKSGIVING FEAST

image4

The annual Thanksgiving Feast will be held at OLH on Tuesday, November 26th. This is a special day when all the students, faculty and several special guests come together and share in a traditional meal and prayer service.

We ask a few things at this time, and for you to respond as soon as possible to assist in our planning and execution of the feast:

Each child is asked to send in a $5 donation towards the cost of the meal. (This is a full dinner!) Each child is provided with an envelope.  Please return the $5 in the envelope as soon as possible.

We are in need of donations of fifteen more (15) cooked and sliced turkey breasts (brought to school on the morning of the feast.)

Baked goods (cookies, cupcakes, brownies) are needed for dessert (also brought in on the morning of the feast.) Please do not bring in dessert products with nuts.

Parent volunteers are needed to help set up on Monday, November 25th, as well as to serve, and assist in final preparations and clean up on the day of the feast.

Thank you so much for your cooperation in making this special day memorable for everyone!
